Product design – Rehabilitation bed PROGRES

Works commissioned by METANEL GROUP S.A.

General design assumptions

The PROGRES rehabilitation bed is to be intended for critically ill patients (especially unconscious ones), which is to provide automatic kinesitherapy as soon as 6 hours after the patient’s admission to the ICU.

Scope of completed design works

The scope of work on the design project – included:

• Initial design – conceptual sketches of the headboards, side rails and the bed base cover,
• Initial design – 3D models of selected concepts.
